You Me at Six (a late post)

Last saturday I met up with Kelly to go see You Me At Six. Gloves and jumpers were worn in line, it was a nice and chilly saturday afternoon.

After 5 years I FINALLY got to see You Me at Six preform. I was so excited! Playing first was some band that had absolutely no chemistry onstage together, it was really awkward and obvious that they had only been a band for a few months (they're called The Make, I wouldn't recommend giving them a listen to.) After them was There For Tomorrow. It was great to finally see them play to a crowd that actually knows their lyrics and was excited to see them, considering the past few times I have the crowd has been dead. When TFT ended You Me at Six began setting up and i began tearing up. I was so excited to see them, it may have been one of the best moments of my life. It was so wonderful finally, finally getting to see them!

After We Are The In Crowd, it was time to go look for the YMAS guys. Kelly and I went scouting upstairs and right away found Dan. Dan Flint, my favorite member of the band, is so nice and sweet. He was a great guy, so talkative and friendly. I can't wait to get to see them come next year.

After getting kicked out after the show it we found Max and Matt outside. Max is so adorable and so nice, we had a great conversation just him and I.
After that a bit of drama went down involving the staff of house of blues and the rest of us. They began pushing band members away from fans and yelling at everyone to get away. It was really messed up and definitely made me not want to attend another event at the House of Blues in Anaheim.

All in all it was still one of the best nights I've had this year. It was so much fun.

Now onto some favorite finds:

my best friend and I spent yesterday watching Community. It's such a funny show! The Human Being is so creepy, I can't get enough of it.
